Shipping:
Most orders received before 5:00PM Eastern Time will
processed & shipped the same business day via UPS or
FedEx. While most orders are shipped the same day, on rare occasions due to market
volatility some products may be temporarily out of stock. In such circumstances, we will do our best to notify our customers with the appropriate ETA
as soon as the information becomes available.
For faster processing, please provide a proper physical street address
that matches your billing address when placing your order. While we do
facilitate shipping to ALTERNATE ship to addresses such orders have to be
verified and thus may get delayed. Orders to AK, HI, PR, VI, PO BOXes, FPO & APO
addresses are typically shipped via USPS, please allow up to an additional 24hrs processing time for
such orders. Additional shipping charge will apply on such orders based on weight and destination. Shipping on International orders may also incur an additional charge to cover actual S&H&I, based on weight and country of destination.
All packages must be signed for at time of delivery. No package will be delivered without a signature. However, a signed signature release form can be left for the delivery driver if no one is expected to be home/work during the
day, to sign for the package in person.
We may change the shipping carrier in any given
order in order to expedite it's processing and assure timely delivery.
Terms & Conditions:
By purchasing items from our website, the buyer
agrees to abide by the Manufacturer's terms and conditions for the purchase, usage,
compatibility, features, support, inclusion, and licensing. For

Returns:
Client must obtain an RMA# prior to sending the merchandise back. A returned
package shipped to us without an RMA# will be refused. All returns must be
adequately packed and DOUBLE boxed. All original packaging materials and product box, must be present at time of the return. S&H is not refundable unless shipment did not meet
the guaranteed schedule for AIR shipments. Should you feel your order
contains discrepancies, please report it to us no later then 24hrs after receipt
of product. No returns can be made after 21 Days. Unopened returns are subject to a
20%-25% restocking
fee or a 10%-15% exchange fee, depending on item condition. A minimum processing fee of $10 per return is
imposed if the shipping and restocking fees fall under $10.
An additional charge of $5 will be added to returns that were shipped FREE. Certain
products include an unconditional 60days Money-Back Guarantee and should be
returned directly to the manufacturer.
Open Retail packages can only be returned to the manufacturer, Gemini will not accept back open retail packages. All OEM
products, consumables, print heads and certain software titles can not be returned and are therefore non-refundable.
All rebates are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. At our discretion, we reserve the right to deny a return should we determine the product has been tampered
with or missing components.
Cancellations:
Since we pride ourselves in processing &
shipping out most orders the very same day (M-F) they are received, cancellation requests
are therefore limited to up to 30 minutes after ordering. No cancellation will be accepted for processed orders.
Cancellations can
only be placed during business hours and can only be done by phone.
Faxes & Emails are not acceptable methods as they may not be processed in
time. Should you still need to cancel an order past the 30mintues cut off,
you may do so by emailing us with such a request in order to obtain your return
authorization number (RMA) & then refusing the package
when it's delivered. Upon receiving the refused package, your order will
be dealt with as a return and appropriate fees will apply. We reserve the right to cancel/delay any order we deem to be fraudulent or placed
using questionable/false information.
Taxes:
We collect 8.875% sales tax from all New York State residents.
All other states
are exempt. NY Resellers, Schools, Government & other tax exempt institutions should fax in their tax exempt
certificates to ensure proper credit (Fill
out this NY tax exempt Form).
Ordering & Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express,
Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Company Checks & Personal Checks
as well as Wire Transfers, COD's, Purchase Orders and Paypal.
We accept Government, Not-for-Profit, Schools & Fortune 500 Purchase Orders

International Orders:
We accept international orders via our website,
email or fax but please be advised that ALL such orders require a wire
transfer or a cashier's check prepayment. Also, please be aware that
the customer is fully responsible for all customs, broker fees, VAT, GST and all
other associated fees with importing the products. For

Charge.
