Most orders received before 5:00PM Eastern Time will processed & shipped the same business day via UPS or FedEx. While most orders are shipped the same day, on rare occasions due to market volatility some products may be temporarily out of stock. In such circumstances, we will do our best to notify our customers with the appropriate ETA as soon as the information becomes available and keep out customers posted with shipping status updates. Please note that due to the Corona Virus situation, some shipments may be delayed.
For faster processing, please provide a proper physical street address
that matches your billing address when placing your order. While we do
facilitate shipping to ALTERNATE ship to addresses, such orders have to be
verified and thus may get delayed.
All packages must be signed for at time of delivery. No package will be delivered without a signature. However, a signed signature release form can be left for the delivery driver if no one is expected to be home/work during the day, to sign for the package in person.
We reserve the right to change the shipping carrier on any given shipment in order to expedite its processing and assure timely delivery.
Although we are not able to use any client's 3rd party shipping accounts for domestic shipments, we can utilize 3rd party shipping accounts (such as FEDEX, UPS, TNT, & DHL) for International shipments only. In such cases, there is a $25 processing fee per shipping box to use the client's International shipping account. For all domestic shipments, any expedited shipment options must be paid in full before the order is shipped out.
